Rubber Gaskets & Seals
Hennig Gasket & Seals manufactures custom rubber gaskets and seals for a wide range of industries across the country. No matter if your project calls for a single prototype or large production runs; no matter if the rubber gasket is simple or complex in design, we are committed to our promise of providing our customers with rubber gaskets that have been accurately cut to the tightest tolerance and delivered with the quickest turnaround in the industry. That has been our promise for over 100 years.
Hennig Gasket & Seals will custom manufacture your rubber gasket or seal from provided prints or will reverse engineer a sample part for all critical dimensions. Our proven manufacturing techniques will deliver on-time, on-budget parts that are precision engineered to your exact specifications. Guaranteed.
We fabricate a variety of types of rubber gaskets and seals including:
Rubber Gasket & Seal Manufacturing Process
Hennig Gasket & Seals continues to invest in technology and expands both in capacity and capabilities. Our in-house manufacturing services include water jet cutting (tight tolerance +/- .007), flash cutting, die cutting and hand cutting.
Rubber Gasket & Seal Material
There are a number of factors that help determine which material is the best selection for your application. It is not easy and can be very confusing trying to select the material best suited for your application. You can refer to our "
Rubber Sheet Cheat Sheet" as a reference, but we encourage you to take advantage of our knowledge and experience to assist in the proper selection. We stock the following rubber gasket material (both sheets and rolls). Our experienced staff can assist in your selection.
