Waterjet Cutting Advantages

A waterjet machine operates by running highly pressurized water at a high velocity through a tiny hole to cut any non-metallic material.  This cutting method produces an extremely clean and precise cut with little to no compression distortion.  The accuracy of this method produces a higher yield from the material.  The cost savings from material yield as well as no tooling charges make waterjet cutting a desirable option to the more traditional die cutting services.  With our water jet cutting services we achieve:
