Gum Rubber Sheet Material
Hennig Gasket & Seals is a stocking distributor of gum rubber sheet and rolls. Pure gum rubber is made from organic material. It is a little stronger tensile and tolerates higher tempeatures than synthetic gum rubber. It is very resilient by not holding a shape and is self healing. These advantages make it ideal for applications requiring unusual flexing, abrasion resistance or have exposure to water is required. Gum Rubber will deteriorate when exposed to oils, fuels, solvents, and hydraulic fluids. It has poor resistance to sunlight, ozone and oxygen.
