Flash Cutting Advantages

A Flash Cutter machine is an oscillating knife CNC cutter that eliminates the need for rule dies.  In prototype work, dimensions can be changed without incurring the cost of new dies.  This means No Tooling Charges.  With a cutting size capacity of 60" x 120", large and complex designed gaskets and seals are easily fabricated.  Material utilization is improved with nesting software that increases yield.  This, also, lowers the costs of parts.
