Food Grade Gaskets

As a rubber gasket manufacturer of Food Grade Gaskets, Hennig Gaskets & Seals maintains a commitment of manufacturing high performance and high quality gaskets that are manufactured on-time and on-budget.  We will custom cut your food grade gasket using one of our in-house cutting services which include waterjet cutting (for high volume and close tolerance requirements), flash cutting, die cutting or hand cutting.  Our engineers are ready to design your gasket from provided blueprints or will reverse engineer from a sample part.  We never charge for tooling and have your product out the door almost as quick as you place the order.

Food Grade Gasket Material

This material is specially formulated for its whiteness with FDA-approved ingredients per 21 CFR 177.2600.  It is non-toxic, non-marking and non-allergenic.  All of the food grade gasket material exhibits good abrasion resistance and handles oily and greasy food products well and are intended for repeated food exposure.  They have a superior, long-life sheet designed specifically for general gasketing, countertops and skirting in all areas of food processing and pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing.  It is approved by  USDA for meat and poultry processing.
